While k8k strives for continuous availability, it does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
k8k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred. Players may close their own k8k account at any time by contacting k8k support via live chat. Account closure requests submitted while a withdrawal is pending will be processed after the withdrawal has been completed.
